Privacy Policy

Effective date: 05/08/2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how Lusor Studio processes information in connection with Endless Drive - Car Running, referred to as the “Service”.

Contact email: ejeulin33140@gmail.com

This Privacy Policy is provided for information purposes. Where consent is required by applicable law, consent is requested separately through the privacy choices presented within the Service.

2. Information We Process

Depending on the features used, the user’s device, the applicable privacy choices and our technical configuration, the following information may be processed.

Information relating to gameplay and online services

  • Epic Online Services identifiers, such as a Product User ID;
  • username or display name, where applicable;
  • leaderboard scores and gameplay statistics;
  • matchmaking and online-session information;
  • game progress and interaction data;
  • IP address;
  • device, operating-system and application information;
  • technical logs, error information and diagnostics.

Advertising information

The Service uses Unity Ads and Unity LevelPlay, formerly known as ironSource, to manage and display advertising.

Unity and the advertising networks enabled through LevelPlay may process information such as:

  • advertising identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID or IDFA where available;
  • other device or application identifiers;
  • IP address and approximate location inferred from the IP address;
  • device manufacturer, model, operating system, language and connection information;
  • application name, version and installation information;
  • advertising impressions, clicks and other interactions with advertisements;
  • diagnostic, security and fraud-prevention information;
  • application usage information;
  • purchase-related information, where the relevant feature is enabled.

The precise information processed depends on the user’s device, location, consent choices, SDK configuration and the advertising networks enabled in the LevelPlay mediation platform.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

We and our service providers may process information for the following purposes:

Providing the Service

Gameplay data, online identifiers and leaderboard information may be processed to provide the game, matchmaking, authentication and online functionality.

The legal basis is the performance of the Service requested by the user or our legitimate interest in operating the Service.

Security and fraud prevention

Technical information may be processed to protect the Service, investigate errors, prevent fraud and maintain system security.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in securing and maintaining the Service and, where applicable, compliance with legal obligations.

Advertising

Information may be processed to display advertisements, measure advertising performance, limit repeated advertisements, detect advertising fraud and calculate advertising revenue.

Personalized advertising, advertising profiling and access to non-essential identifiers or information stored on the user’s device are based on consent where required by law.

4. Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices

Where required by applicable law, advertising SDKs requiring consent are not initialized until the user has been presented with a separate privacy choice.

Users may:

  • accept personalized advertising;
  • refuse non-essential advertising tracking;
  • manage individual privacy preferences;
  • withdraw or modify their consent at any time.

Privacy choices can be changed through the “Privacy Choices” section in the game settings.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.

When a user refuses consent, the relevant advertising SDKs are not initialized and the user may continue playing without personalized advertising.

Device-level advertising settings are additional controls and do not replace the privacy choices available inside the Service.

5. Third-Party Services

The Service uses third-party services that may process information on our behalf or as independent data controllers, depending on the processing concerned.

These services include:

  • Epic Online Services, for authentication, matchmaking, leaderboards and other online functionality;
  • Unity Ads, for advertising;
  • Unity LevelPlay and ironSource, for advertising mediation and monetization;
  • advertising networks enabled through Unity LevelPlay, whose current list must be available through the consent interface or an accessible partner list.
  • GameAnalytics, for analytics

These providers process information according to their own privacy policies and contractual arrangements.

6. Sharing of Information

Information may be disclosed to:

  • online-service and hosting providers;
  • Unity, ironSource and enabled advertising networks;
  • security, fraud-prevention and technical-support providers;
  • public authorities where disclosure is legally required.

We do not sell personal information in exchange for money. Certain disclosures for targeted advertising may, however, be treated as a “sale” or “sharing” under some United States privacy laws. Where applicable, users will be provided with the relevant opt-out mechanism.

7. International Transfers

Some providers may process information outside the user’s country, including outside the European Economic Area.

Where required, such transfers are protected through appropriate safeguards, which may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms.

8. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

  • Leaderboard and account-related data: retained for as long as the player’s account remains active and until the player requests deletion of the account. Following a verified deletion request, the account data will be deleted or anonymized within 30 days, except where continued retention is required by law or necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims.

  • Technical and security logs: retained for up to 365 days after their collection, unless a longer retention period is necessary to investigate a security incident, prevent fraud, comply with a legal obligation, or resolve a dispute.

  • Support correspondence: retained for up to one year after the relevant support request has been closed. Information may be retained for a longer period where necessary to handle an ongoing dispute, comply with a legal obligation, or demonstrate how a privacy-rights request was handled.

Information processed independently by Epic Games, Unity or an advertising network is retained according to that provider’s applicable retention policy.

9. User Rights

Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to:

  • request access to their personal information;
  • request correction or deletion;
  • restrict or object to processing;
  • receive certain information in a portable format;
  • withdraw consent at any time;
  • object to processing based on legitimate interests;
  • lodge a complaint with their competent data-protection authority.

Requests can be sent to: ejeulin33140@gmail.com

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify the identity of the person making the request.

10. Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of information controlled by Lusor Studio by contacting:

ejeulin33140@gmail.com

The request should identify the game and provide any technical player identifier necessary to locate the relevant information. Users should not send passwords or unnecessary identity documents.

Where information is controlled independently by Epic Games, Unity or another advertising provider, users may also exercise their rights through that provider’s privacy-request mechanism. Where appropriate, we will assist users in identifying the relevant provider.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law.

We do not knowingly use personalized advertising for children. Where the Service is made available to an audience that includes children, we apply the appropriate age-screening, child-directed treatment and advertising restrictions required by applicable law and platform rules.

Parents or guardians who believe that information relating to a child has been processed improperly may contact us at ejeulin33140@gmail.com

12. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures intended to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or loss.

However, no method of transmission or electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when the Service, our providers or applicable legal requirements change.

The updated version will be published with a new effective date. Where required, users will be notified within the Service and a new consent will be requested for materially different consent-based processing.
